Training in the sand is just different

Many years ago while training with some pro athletes, i learned the dynamics of training in the sand.  The instability and balance altering forces make the body work harder. 

At the Beach

What i love most about training at the beach is the state of mind i bridge into no matter if i am hitting it hard during a HIIT session or relaxing through the many isometric and balance challenging workouts.

Speed and Agility

Speed and agility training in the sand is game changing - now add resistance with the PTWeb.  The body has to work harder in every way.
