The Journey Starts Every Day

Updated: Oct 31

To find you, you need to search for You.

To know You, you need understand You

To Be you, you need to fight to be You.

When I train, my body and sole remembers my youth. My days of grinding with friends in the gym and on the field. It lifts my awareness of who I have always known to be the essence of who I am. I have always had to work harder than the next guy being undersized and slower than many. So I trained. Much of the time all by myself. Running sprints up hills. Lifting home made weights in my garage. Swinging a sledge hammer into a tire and driving nails with a framing hammer into an 8x8 post.

If I only knew at the time that this was the kind of work that would make me into every dream I every had. I say this as a pivotal point in my life happened and I took the out. It was easy. It was in front of me and those around me were already there enjoying the life that a full time job brings. Looking back, the regret weighs.

Keep the fight and never regret.
